Whether you&#039;d call those changes &quot;damage&quot; might depend upon what specific behavioral results you experience. Fortunately, your brain is plastic - that is, it can change again and again. So, although PTSD can change your brain, you&#039;re not stuck with the change - you can make subsequent adjustments using the proper therapy.
